The email this morning from Kate was a blessing in the form of an amazing wondrous gift, in dark clouds boiling in a dark sky, where heavy rains fell.
Pa has sent me a message of comfort and joy – it looks as if Boomer has some excellent company!

Life on a Colorado Farm 
It’s beautiful and enjoy it as long as you can!! We’re heading to our first winter storm tonight and tomorrow. We’ll only get 1-4 inches but it may be ice instead of snow. The ice is beautiful on the trees and shrubs but not so nice if it takes out the power!! Stay warm and take care!
