The smoke is thick here from all the fires in the west. Sometimes so thick the street lights think it is time to come on.

We have so much smoke, too. Wildfire is close to us. I cry for all baby animals lost to fire. Your baby swallows are so cute. We have no swallows here,

They have flown the nest! It was so much fun to see them fly off. Today the parents are setting up eggs for another batch of kids 🙂
