I think I am improving.

I really can’t tell.  Feel better: do a little something. Then collapse, sleep —then start back over feeling a little better.

Still, I have hope.  This is gone for a long time and I’m tired of feeling poorly.

Your friend on a western Colorado farm,

Linda

  1. Take however long it takes – the time is yours to get well. Think of it as making up for all those times you (might have) thought of or wished you could take a nap… Don’t push yourself.

  2. I’m glad to hear that you are feeling somewhat better at times. It’s hard to be patient when there are so many things you want (need) to do, but don’t push yourself too hard too soon. Just know that you (and Terry) are in our prayers.

  3. Welllll, I’d fix you a pot of tea & apple cake, but I guess it’s gonna have to be a cyber thing ~ 💐🤗🫖☕️🥮🙏💕
Keep feeling better each & every day!

  4. Rest is the answer, sleep all you can. That, and Body Armor to drink, Saltine crackers and chicken soup to eat, were what saved us when we were so sick last fall and winter…. thanks to my sis-in-law for getting the stuff for us. Hope you progress to health quickly and uneventfully. Hugs.

  5. Take your meds ….. take it easy….. don’t overdo it, no matter how badly you want to. We all want you to get well….no matter how long it takes to get there!

  6. Don’t push too hard. It’s like trying to run a machine on diluted fuel; you’re not getting your full quota of oxygen to keep the fires burning, and *of course* you’re getting exhausted. I’ve had it, it stinks and takes too long but you do eventually get better. Sending love, hugs and a command to rest and let your body repair itself.
