I didn’t realize it took so long. That’s quite a process. You wouldn’t be plowing here. We’ve had several snow falls and the ground is very saturated which is good. Our grey goose is friendly and honks at us. She started giving us big eggs nearly every day. They have light yellow yokes and are delicate in flavor. She protects the food from the wild ducks that flock in at feeding time, twice a day.

Well, it took longer than normal because of the rain and snow. But we dried fast.
