I was out looking at the clouds, enjoying the moment, so to speak
When I SAW
A cluster of clouds that look like a rainbow!
I looked it up and this is what I learned:
A rainbow cloud can occur because of something called cloud iridescence. It usually happens in altocumulus, cirrocumulus, lenticular, and cirrus clouds. Iridescent clouds happen because of diffraction – a phenomenon that occurs when small water droplets or small ice crystals scatter the sun’s light.

Wow indeed! And so close to Easter! That view is spectacular and I have seen it only once before. I often keep a sharp eye on the sky these days and try to embrace every view as a gift for me to remember on darker days. Thank you Linda for sharing and also taking time to find that info!!
