In the lush green of the Earth
The dashing
The tiny ones patiently waiting
The excitement of being alive
Ah—yes! Flap the wings and fly High.
Earth…and those things on the earth —- so very, very wonderful!

The natural world is one of the greatest blessings that makes life worthwhile. I can’t imagine living in a place without it and where everything is artificial. Soon after college (1974) I moved to a Denver suburb. I survived that environment for 2 months. It is essential that I see something wild in open space, daily.
