I was driving home when I looked at the sky and saw this amazing Sundog (a sign of cold, cold weather to come)
I hurried down the long drive way, parked the car and went around the west side of the house
(Much clearer than through a dirty car windshield 🙂 ) I raised my face, eyes, and camera to the sky and gave thanks for the personal enjoyment I always feel is a gift to humankind.

Those are beautiful pictures of the sun dog, but I must admit that I’m less enthusiastic about the prospect of cold, cold weather ahead!
