Life on a western Colorado farm!
YAY!
The earth has shifted— It’s time to start putting the farm to bed.
Boo Berry, Terry, and I started picking up all the siphon tubes, gathering the dams, and closing off the pipes so the skunks couldn’t make a nest in them.
We are moving closer and closer to corn harvest now. (Not yet—maybe in three weeks)

I know I say it all the time, but it’s so very true to me—
Winter arrived Sunday—killing everything, mashing it down, taking away Autumn.
No, matter. It was time. The earth’s flow of Energy, the sky magic of weather, the very air—says—hush…your time of preparing is over.
It is now the time for winter.
Hush. Hush.
Your friend on a western Colorado farm,
Linda
Because the air and the light is changing—-it’s more than possible to feel it now
You can feel it in the wind, the pressure of the very sky; hear it with the insects, see it in the patterns of light and shadows—–
We decided to go for a wee ride and be one with a precious beautiful fall day!

Linda
