Shafts of Light — Sunday, May 17, 206

Last evening, shafts of sunlight flowed from the quilted clouds to shine through rain falling on the Uncompahgre Plateau.

The beauty of just seeing this gift from the sky to us, before the wind whirled everything away like an echo.  Priceless.

I truly stand amazed.

From my world to your heart,

Linda

Tuesday and Wednesday was Full of Wind —Thursday, February 19, 206

From my archives

From my archives —-but you get the picture

The wind was so strong it snatched at the cats’ fur and flattened Boo’s fur.

(From my archives)

It was miserable —whipping the smoke from the woodstove chimney into tatters

(Archives)

No rain came—not even wind-blown rain, but clouds WERE heavy in the mountains.

Archives!

Wind fling the weeds everywhere

Archive 🙂

Wind!  Making the leaves dance

Miserably hard to work in.

So —- we didn’t 🙂

Your friend on a western Colorado farm,
