It’s warming UP!!!
Boy, Fuzzy and I are sure enjoying it!
Lots of work going on….the water is about done in the alfalfa field — today is the last day. Dad has water in FIVE PLACES!!! Five different fields on the farm and we get to go to ALL of them all the time.
Today we go to just one field …. The pinto bean field!
Sometimes I go off and check things out – I like to check out all the animals that live on our place and see what news is out of there.
Sometimes I get behind, but I can
ALWAYS
CATCH UP!!!!
The pears are blooming…part of the pears was frozen, but part not.
The ‘not’ part is blooming now…they sure smell good!

AHCHOO! SNEEZE! SNEEZE!
Sometimes they make me sneeze – but just when the wind is right!
Fuzz sticks RIGHT BY MOM all the time. I try too….but…well, you understand.
Anyway…I just wanted to say we are warming up.
It was so warm last night Fuzzy and I didn’t even go to the dog houses until after mid-night. It was just way to hot in them to sleep.
Besides there are always lots of things to do at night, that we forget about when we sleep inside…

This is certainly a busy time of the year for you, Boomer. But I’m glad you have water in so many fields and that the weather is getting better. I’m glad you and Fuzzy keep watch for that fox as well.

That first photo is tremendous. Love the look of the sky!!!!
Glad it is warming up.. We’ve had a couple of cold mornings–but hopefully, that will be the END of this year’s freezing temps… Our poor roses don’t know what to think about this year’s weather.
Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy

If we had water like that in our fields we probably wouldn’t get the crop in! It’s so different.

The dust was blowing here yesterday and that irrigation water would have looked great. I put the winter barn coats away although they’re calling for snow again on Monday. That top pic…..it frame-worthy!

Lovely photography, Linda. For farmers and gardeners alike, the busy season lies still ahead. We are also glad that it is finally getting warmer, at least during the day. Still had some frosty nights though, and as a result I am still holding back with planting anything in the garden. Our strawberries are, however, in full bloom. That extra layer of straw seems to be helping. So glad to see that Fuzzy is doing so well now. Best wishes to you and your family.

Oh Boomer you have so much energy — working so hard all day long and then you still have enough left to play outside late into the evening! Spring is just a wonderful time of the year.
