The Wind’s Indifference to Us —Tuesday, March 12, 2024

The wind is indifferent to us—you and me

But it gifts the world with energy and life

I love trying to capture the leaves

As they lift up and dance with the wind

Wind— so indifferent to you and I, but a huge delight for the earth and the leaves.

They are actually dancing with joy—the best cure for anyone anxieties!

From my world to your heart,

Linda

  1. What a great idea. I have to admit it’s sometimes hard to get the leaves to slow down enough to see them in Oklahoma, but it’s a great idea.

  2. Lulu: “In our yard the wind likes to pull fluff off the silk floss tree and blow it around. Then the birds pick it up and use it in their nests.”

Lulu: “I’m pretty sure the squirrels take it and line their burrows with it, too.”
