You might think a cat’s purpose
Is to sit on your lap and purr.
Nope.
Not my purpose.
I only sit on Mom’s lap WHEN I WANT TOO
If she picks me up
I jump right back down.
Now if I JUMP up,
then YES,
I will sit there and let her pet me and I will purr.
For me
My Purpose
Is to protect the farm
And I take it very seriously
I travel here
And there
And all over.
After all—
The dog just stays in the house
Unless she is with Mom.

On Tuesday, early in the morning, all night Tuesday, into Wednesday all day Wednesday
We got a skiff of velvety snow
No wind, just snow.
Then in a short time, it started to melt
Making our world a tad messy! 🙂

The graceful (thick with moisture) clouds
Moving quickly together in rather jubilant rays of the setting sun
Gave way to a beautiful cloud-covered moon
Complete with a sparkling ring of moisture
The moon sharply swallowed by the clouds.
The quietness of the night came down softly, inviting all to drowsiness.
