A big, big storm blew in—see it over there in the corner
When it arrived it dumped life-giving water on us—bunches of it—buckets of it–masses amounts of it…forming a lake in the yard and on our roads.

Boo Berry and I are super stressed, anymore
There are people, and BIG TRUCKS, and people, and sometimes dogs in the yard all the time
It’s a tad nerve-racking
So I’ve decided to pull my hair out in huge mouth-fulls
Boo Berry tells me it will be okay soon, I just have to wait a bit.
Mom tells me to go into the house and hang out— she says that is the best for me.
She also got me some calming collars.
We both hope they work.

Look closely at the hawk…she has nesting material in her beak!! 🙂
While on a almost night, but not totally dark we saw a porcupine hurrying from the ditchbank—(to get a drink of water) back to his home.

The grass was ready to cut. The heads all bloomed out and just started to turn into seeds

I was out taking photos when I saw a sunbeam/ray hitting the earth right before me
Yes, I was looking through my camera lens — but still…..
It was amazingly cool. Nothing I had ever seen before, and probably won’t ever be in the right position again!
