I found this really neat rock—with a message on it

I think it says DAD.

After all, I think it must be a tad hard for a rock to write.  🙂

What do you think?

Sometimes I Just HAVE’TA — Wednesday, October 22, 2025

Go on a walk.  Among the sighing of the drying corn, the rustling of the (Thankfully) dying weeds

To touch the earth with my feet.

Boo Berry and I, and sometimes,

but not always TLC.

Sometimes Terry goes with us.  Not often, he is usually busy, but still sometimes.

We go many places here and there upon the farm.  No work in mind, just being one with the earth.

I always take my camera—and I always look for kisses [hearts] from the earth.  Because they are there. We just have to look.

Raining or not, we go.  I just need to feel the earth, the sky, the air, be blessed by the sun, the moon, or the rain.

Sometimes—I have to go outside.

FIGHT!!!!! —- Tuesday, October 21, 2025

I decided to set up a game camera to see who or what is clacking around by the haystack yard.

Boys!

Yep.

Oh!

WOW!  Three — it’s a brawl!

Whew!  I have no idea who won.

I love seeing these big machines work.

Isn’t the amount of metal trash stunning?

In the Sweet Light of Autumn — Sunday, October 19, 2025

Even those dastardly weeds look beautiful

And the flickering light upon the birdbath with the scattering of leaves–divine

Autumn is a promise of beauty in every angle, upon every vista, with that dread of solemn

Winter loaming just over there–just a wee bit closer, just on the rim waiting.

The Adventures of Boo Berry Betty and TLC Cai-Cai on Friday—-MY TURN!!! TLC , Friday, October 17, 2025 Chapter Eight

Chapter Eight

“Hey, Boo!  COME HERE!”  I yelled

“BOO!”

“I’m here.  Here!  I’m here.”

“Stand right there while I jump over here on the cabinet.  Stand still.  Don’t move.”

“Okay, doaky”

WHAP!!

I knocked off Boo’s dog treats, the whole sack opened up, and scattered dog treats EVERYWHERE!

“WOW!!!” Boo Yelled! “WOW!”

“Get how many you can and scram, I hear Mom coming!”

Boo grabbed four bone treats and headed to her dog bed. FOUR!

Good girl.

Oh, Hi, Mom.  I purred.

“TLC! WHAT DID YOU DO?” Mom asked in dismay.

“Nothing, purr, purr, purr.”

Mom just sighed and started picking everything up.  I guess Boo Berry has had her treats for a few days now, Mom muttered to herself.

“TLC, get down off there. What were you doing?  Trying to get yourself a treat?”  Mom picked me up and put me on the floor.

“That is really naughty, Kitty.”

Heeheheheheh.  I laughed.  While I watched Mom pick up everything.

Then I started rubbing and head butting Mom….purring, of course.

“Oh, you were trying to get yourself a treat.” Well, sigh, I guess you can have some kitty candy.

Mom reached over and took the top off the jar and gave me KITTY CANDY!

Who is the smartest of them all!

ME!!!

In a Few Days Time (or less), — Wednesday, October 15, 2025

OH!  Is that a rainbow?

Not a rainbow, but a

But an extremely bright Sundog!  Stunningly beautiful, shining brightly there in the sky.

A sign of cold(er) weather to descend upon us.

Gosh, I think that is the brightest sundog I, personally, have ever seen!
