Chapter Six
Here is a series of things Mom doesn’t know about—Only Mom’s camera knows—I don’t know where Mom’s face goes when the camera is out, but it does leave.
Her face I mean
Whenever I see the camera on Mom’s face, I turn my head. Just Say’n.
“I turn my whole back to Mom,” Mindy stated
As she left the scene.
Sometimes I just leave.
Anyway
So here we go:
What Mom doesn’t know,
but her camera does—
And, of course,
Mindy and I know
I’ve tripped on these crazy things…they look like snakes
If I could tell Mom…this coyote has a den next to the equipment area…we have GOT to be careful when up there!
The Upper End is home to the family of deer…I like to bay at them
Sometimes they come into my yard at night—I always Hollar when they come in the yard
Mom’s camera seems to always be pointing at birds
Well, that’s it! The First Alfalfa field and the Back Forty are looking good.
Mom and I (and sometimes Mindy) just hanging out (oh, yes and camera face)
Life on a Colorado Farm 
Hee hee! Boomer, just so you know… Mom can still see you with the camera there. Just sayin sweet puppy.
And pleeze be careful with those coyotes being so close. You know how I feel about coyotes. Tricksters.

For a minute, I thought you had parrots outside! I see in the comments that they were Orioles. Their kiss is sweet. Your critter pics were great, as usual. It is good to see Boomer’s face. He’s a great dog! Mindy is very brave as a farm cat; I would be way too worried about the coyotes and foxes!

I’m sure that she appreciates the freedom to make her own decisions. As humans, it’s hard to accept, but I think the cats don’t appreciate us controlling them.

Hey Boomer …I bet she does know! 🙂 Our dog Dan used to hate his photo being taken too! He would often turn away .. and I would sigh! All those lovely pics I missed out on … 🙂
