Look Up!—Thursday, February 20, 2025

Oh!  Please look up!  There are so many beautiful things to see in the sky.

And this unique phenomenon is such a joy to experience!

Ice crystals at the edges of clouds.

I don’t see them often, but when I do!  OH! THE EXTREME EXCITEMENT I FEEL!

(Taken with my cell phone—too fleeting to hobble to the house to get my camera) 🙂

From my world to your heart,

Linda

I am Always so Surprised—Wednesday, February 19, 2025

When I can look across the way — (to the East ) and see the Black Canyon of the Gunnison,  all bright and golden. Peaking out of all the Hills and Knobs, Mountains, and other canyons to brighten our lives.  Albeit Silently.

Heart! Teeny Tiny Heart! —- Tuesday, February 18, 2025

A teeny tiny heart

Sitting RIGHT THERE!

A heart for my heart! (There is even a heart cut hole, next to it. Hearts really are everywhere if you just look.  🙂  )

Whistling joy everywhere!

Each New Day—Monday, February 17, 2025

As the sky lightens; turning into a soft lovely lavender

The sunrise speaks of hope and new things to come

TLC and I feel like sunrise is just the perfect voice to chase away the shadows of nighttime. Swinging them into memory. Opening up new possibilities!

Night Passing Through Our Lives— Sunday, February 16, 2025

As the sun sets the gloming occurs

Then the dark rises up from the earth

Making us think there is emptiness but the reality is anything but!

Beauty of a star-filled sky, or the moonlight streaming down to color everything with silver beams of light.

We are so blessed! Gifted in so many, many wonderful things—day and Night!

Steep Learning Curve — Thursday, February 13, 2025

I’m having a bit of a learning curve.

I really like my new computer, but I can’t get my Word to operate correctly.  I have hope, but it’s not going together the way I was used to. (OH!  I figured it out!  YAY!!!)

And I’m having to learn to walk with a boot.  It’s not THAT hard, but it is a tad exhausting.

Please bear with me as I become more proficient with both!

🙂

The Curtain of Night — Wednesday, February 5, 2025

In the deep of night, the day becomes like distant music. Still, there are stars, planets, and sometimes the moon—all in an overlapping melody.

We just have to go outside and enjoy ourselves.

“What we have once enjoyed we can never lose.  All that we love deeply becomes a part of us.”–Helen Keller
