I Will Not Ask for More —- Wednesday, January 17, 2018

Yesterday was a odd sort of day for me —

Although, I had a very busy day.

Now today I am tired.

Tired enough I can’t seem to get myself moving.

So please forgive me the lateness of this post.Β  And my slowly dragging along.

The day has warmed up from a very chilly start and I must get busy.

The sun is shining, there isn’t a cloud in the sky, and the air is still.

It short it is beautiful

I really can’t ask for more.

Tomorrow I promise to be back to myself,

Your friend on a western Colorado farm,

Linda

  1. You should never ask forgiveness for a late post – you are not beholden to your readers – we love the idea of you taking a quiet hour or so for yourself. So, no more apologies for feeling tired and taking some extra care. Give yourself a lovely day. c

  2. Oh Linda… Don’t worry! Every one needs a little downtime ~ Be good to yourself πŸ˜‰ I wish I could work half as hard as you do. Beautiful geese photos, by the way! I can hear them calling…

  3. Sometimes a succession of busy days runs us out of energy–no one thing or situation is the culprit. I find such times call for being gentle with myself–I’m not super-woman! I hope you are practicing a bit of self-care–having a quiet break.

  4. Hope you’re not coming down with something Linda. Do take it easy. Thank you for the pictures of the geese flying. If you need a day or two away from blogging, take it! Pretend you’re on vacation!!! See you soon!

  6. Gosh, and you look so vibrant today! I hope you get to enjoy more than a half hour’s worth of that quiet beauty you generously share with us. BTW, I stole your poetic title for my own blog post today. πŸ˜‰
