Blessedness is gifted to each of us through every passing day.

The cowboys arrived early
The cows were ready…no real having to round them up or chase them down
They know, they understand, head down the road, to the loading chutes, heading to new pastures
Less than thirty minutes…our girls were gone.
Come Back next year, I yelled! We will be waiting for you!

, A cloud sat down on the farm today…it was lovely and beautiful
Making sounds soft and close; the feeling tranquil
And just so you know…there is always one!
Yep..always. And she can jump an electric fence just like it isn’t even there, not even touching the toe of her hoof on the wire.

Yesterday was a odd sort of day for me —
Although, I had a very busy day.
Tired enough I can’t seem to get myself moving.
So please forgive me the lateness of this post. And my slowly dragging along.
The day has warmed up from a very chilly start and I must get busy.
The sun is shining, there isn’t a cloud in the sky, and the air is still.
It short it is beautiful
I really can’t ask for more.
Tomorrow I promise to be back to myself,

We went from this
To this and have stayed at this for weeks now. Rain and rain and even more rain.
Sigh! The days are long and grey and boring and ever so nasty.
Still it seems like there is always something that needs to be done.
I’m looking forward to walking with Boomer in the SUNSHINE! Where we throw shadows on the ground and our feet don’t collect mud!
But not yet! Not today. Not for awhile. Another big storm system is heading in here in a day or so, until then just know that I am
Dreaming of those hot summer nights some place in the future!

Driving home from the elevator the other morning I noticed the clouds were starting to thin…
giving to me (and anyone who wanted to look) a view of a sky–a sky so vast it makes one dizzy to look up….then I saw it—
A true look at the sun! A perfect gift from the heavens!
At first I thought I was seeing the moon. Once home I looked up the moon phases on the calendar and I realized we were in a sliver of a moon phase so this truly was the sun!
What an amazing and joyful site…to actually see the sun without blinding myself!

Linda
